Description

Work on developing and improving the Quality process including TQM & QA & QC for the plate factory operation

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

Quality Assurance and Control:

Ensuring assets meet quality standards, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.

Asset Lifecycle Management:

Determining asset lifecycles, developing replacement strategies, and managing asset information systems.

Performance Optimization:

Identifying and implementing measures to improve asset performance, productivity, and reduce costs.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing data, , and conducting risk assessments related to assets.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting on asset performance and quality issues, and adhering to quality and safety standards.

Collaboration:

Working with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency.

Essential Skills:

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of engineering principles, quality control, and relevant industry standards.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyse data, identify root causes of issues, and develop solutions.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve quality issues, improve asset performance, and implement process improvements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree.

6 – 10 relevant working experience.

Certified in Quality and Asset Management

Basic Computer skills.

Good listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.

Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. Arabic will be an advantage
