Project Manager VaporVM

Role Objective

Lead the end-to-end implementation of a modern ERP solution to enhance operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and improve overall performance across multiple service lines including rent-a-car, limousine services, bus rentals, transportation contracts, and valet operations.

You will be responsible for designing business processes, defining project scope, evaluating vendors, and overseeing the successful delivery of a scalable ERP system that optimizes resource utilization, strengthens customer experience, and supports business growth.

• Define and document business processes aligned with organizational goals
  
• Develop and manage the Project Scope of Work (SoW)
• Lead ERP vendor evaluation, selection, and onboarding
• Oversee full project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery, and support)
  
• Ensure implementation of a state-of-the-art ERP solution tailored to business needs
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process alignment and adoption
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables

• Finance & Accounting Management
• Human Resources & Payroll
• Fleet Management
• Procurement & Supply Chain
• Workshop Management (vehicle repair & maintenance)
  
• Contract Management (leasing & rentals)
  
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Third-Party Integrations / RPA, including:
  • ADNOC
