Project Manager VaporVM

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed IT Services projects across infrastructure, cloud, security, and support services.
• Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying ITIL service management practices.
• Implement PRINCE2 methodology and/or PMP standards in all phases of project execution.
• Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering value-driven outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, risk logs, status reports, and change requests.
• Ensure projects are compliant with contractual obligations, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate across multi-functional teams in different geographies (onshore/offshore).
• Support presales and proposal writing by estimating project scope, effort, and cost.
• Report on project performance to executive leadership and provide actionable insights.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master s preferred).
• PMP Certification required.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification required.
• ITIL Foundation or higher (v3/v4) required.
• 7+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in Managed IT Services.
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and ITSM tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with SLA management, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination.
• Background in cybersecurity, cloud migration, or IT operations a plus.
