Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage media and production projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Coordinate between internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.

Develop project timelines, milestones, and doc management.

Ensure clear communication between creative, marketing, and production teams.

Maintain high-quality standards and align deliverables with client expectations.

Problem-solve challenges to keep projects running smoothly.

Utilize project management tools to track progress and optimize workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience (2+ years) in media, advertising, or production project management.

Strong understanding of creative workflows, video production, and digital media campaigns.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

Ability to work remotely while maintaining high levels of collaboration.
