Job Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Select the appropriate resources for each project and lead project teams throughout the process, ensuring effective communication among team members
• Ensure quality control for project deliverables and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage all project resources with regular project tracking, ensuring that all deliverables are tracked against targeted delivery deadlines.
• Strategic project planning involves the best methodologies, processes, and risk assessments.
• Act proactively on identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the translation process.
• Utilize translation management systems and other tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Accurate documentation and filing of all project related materials.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer services, with a positive and friendly approach to clients.
• Maintain an ethical code that protects the confidentiality of information.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience in project management, planning, organization, assignment, task management, etc.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Well versed in using XTRF, CAT tools, especially MemoQ and MS office, etc.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
• Fast learner with growth mindset
• Familiarity with the management system is a plus.
