Responsibilities

• Manage real estate projects end-to-end (planning, execution, delivery)
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Lead and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management
• Control project risks, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience in project management (Real Estate / Construction)
• Based in Jeddah (or willing to relocate)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Experience working with contractors & consultants

Nice to have

• Strong leadership and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent budget control and cost management while maintaining quality.
• Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
