Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The role requires an operational and strategically minded individual who is interactive by nature, with a strong background of project / business management skills where the scope of work will initially be Project Management with a transition into Operations Management / Product Ownership at the implementation of the Project.

Carry out end-to-end leadership and program management, monitoring and managing client relationships and expectations.

Manage the project team including hiring, training and evaluation as well as collaborating with a wider cross-functional group and outsourced teams

Be responsible and accountable for regular monitoring and reporting on the project and moving forward, the business performance.

Develop operational policies and procedures and processes, implement these, and manage these once the project has been completed and implemented.

Desired Candidate Profile

Project Management - overseeing the end-to-end project management process to live, and for any further phases or enhancements to the Product

Operations Lead - Lead the BAU operation and liaison between the various operational and, IT and administration teams

Client relationship and management - developing and maintain the client relationship, look for new commercial opportunities, and implement and maintain BAU communication strategies with client and stakeholders

Product ownership - understanding and prioritizing user requirements, defining product features and driving product development

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Preferably qualified PMO
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Project management
  • Excellent verbal, organizational and communication skills, used to work with C-level management
  • Confident, accurate, self-motivated and resilient
  • Discrete, diplomatic, flexible and reliable
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Possess a good customer and business/operations perspective
