About the offer

As a Project Manager / Engineering Project Manager (Automotive), you will be responsible for the operational and technical management of a project scope (Work Package) from the definition of objectives to the official delivery of deliverables. You will coordinate the teams (developers, project managers, designers, etc.), ensure the achievement of QCDP (Quality – Cost – Delivery – Performance) objectives, and guarantee technical alignment during the design and industrialization phases.

Your responsibilities cover project management, steering 3D/2D definitions and their formalization, convergence of services (sealing, mass, NVH, geometry, safety, ergonomics, assembly, water-management, homologation), as well as leading suppliers up to industrialization, in close connection with purchasing and quality/production departments.

Desired profile
Training
Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Materials or equivalent.
Experience
Proven experience in project management in the automotive industry (ideally 5 years and more; adjustable according to your policy).
Proven experience with customer processes and release standards (PSA/Stellantis environments appreciated).
Experience in multifunctional coordination (design office, industrialization, quality, purchasing, suppliers).
Technical skills
Project management

Define, plan and organize the skills and resources needed for project/WP deliverables.
To operationally and technically lead the team within their scope (Developer, Account Manager, Designer…).
Ensure hierarchical and operational reporting (A3, WP dashboards).
Identify technical and project risks; build and monitor the risk mitigation plan.
Build the WP schedule in line with the client's business/project schedules.
Establish and disseminate the QCDP report; negotiate objectives with the internal/external client.
