Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all project phases from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards across all project sites.
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are achieved.
• Monitor the quality of work.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and schedules.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, challenges, and delays, propose corrective actions, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support, coach, and guide project team members to ensure effective execution of tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout all phases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and project requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in developing operational enhancement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree, Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and team coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is preferred.
