Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong communication with all project participants to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
