This internship opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in
project management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The
selected candidate will support project managers in planning, coordinating, and
executing projects, while gaining practical knowledge of project lifecycle,
stakeholder communication, and organizational processes. This role aims to
develop future professionals by offering exposure to real-world challenges,
tools, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking project progress, schedules, and deliverables.
• Attending project meetings and preparing minutes and follow-ups.
• Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Coordinate between internal teams and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Learn and apply basic project management tools and techniques.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Engineering (industrial engineering, civil engineering or Architectural engineering, Business, IT, or related field.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with MS Office, knowledge of project tools.
• Previous internships or involvement in university projects.
