Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional projects that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage Marketing, Operations, and IT teams
- Plan, track, and ensure the successful completion of internal projects
- Streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and implement best practices
- Coordinate technology and system projects with IT teams and vendors
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for management
- Proactively resolve issues and ensure smooth cross-department collaboration

You are a proactive, detail-oriented who thrives on planning, coordinating, and delivering projects successfully. You have a strong organizational and problem-solving mindset, enabling you to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities while ensuring projects are executed efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional teams
- Background in marketing, operations, or IT project coordination
