Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire MEP installation process, ensuring alignment with project specifications, schedules, and budgets to achieve optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to navigate complex design changes, resolving conflicts swiftly to maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
  • Implement and enforce MEP quality control measures, conducting tests and inspections to validate system performance and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, providing a solid academic foundation for MEP systems.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP construction management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED AP, showcasing commitment to industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects, essential for navigating complex systems and high-stakes environments.
