Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of office interior fit-out projects, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resource allocation, and timelines, managing all project phases effectively.
- Manage and coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and building codes.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and forecast costs, providing regular financial reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage the permit and approval process with local authorities, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and key decisions.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing office interior fit-out projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibits strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
- Proficient in using project management software, such as MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Possesses a proactive and results-oriented attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
- Demonstrates fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- UAE driving license preferred
