Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate SAP implementation projects from inception to go-live, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal resources, external consultants, and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation models, using project management methodologies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical concerns to stakeholders and proposing effective solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing SAP projects across various modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) and project management best practices.
