The Project Manager will lead and oversee complex electrical projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-voltage substation projects and a proven track record of working in compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards.

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage high-voltage substation project from initiation to commissioning.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards.
• Coordinate approvals, compliance, and inspections with SEC.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance.
• Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure regulatory compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 12 15 years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing High Voltage Substations projects.
• Must be approved by Saudi Electricity Company.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HV equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
