Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Account management within Dubai & Northern Emirates

  • Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target

  • Generate new enquiries and customers (contractors and sub-contractors)

  • Review enquiries and Guide application team in making quotations & submittals

  • Follow up on submittals for approvals from Client / Consultant

  • Familiarity with the industry trends and competition

  • Negotiation of contractual/commercial terms

  • Coordinate with Service team to provide After Sales support to existing customers

  • Project payment follow up and realization

  • Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes

  • Input, monitor and update CRM data on regular basis and prepare sales reports for the management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering or relevant

  • At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector

  • Successful track record in the UAE, especially in Dubai and Northern Emirates market and HVAC industry

  • Strong experience on contractual terms & conditions

  • Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside products and VRV/VRF

  • Fluency in English, Arabic language is an advantage

  • UAE Driving license
