Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Project Supervision Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of engineering projects on-site, ensuring that all activities are completed in accordance with technical specifications, timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role requires extensive experience (10–15 years) in project supervision, coordination, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all on-site project activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review and approve work schedules, method statements, and technical submittals. Ensure projects are delivered within the defined timeline and budget. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports. Identify potential risks or delays and propose corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Verify quantities, review invoices, and certify completed work. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field). Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project supervision or construction/project management. Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and regulations. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. May require extended working hours depending on project needs.
