Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Water Resources Engineer to join our team at SETS Beirut, Lebanon, and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.
- Undertake the design of wet utilities projects, including data collection, analysis, conceptual and detailed design for irrigation, potable water, sewer, and stormwater networks.
- Prepare technical drawings, calculations, reports, specifications, and BOQs in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Support the development of engineering solutions and assist in resolving technical design issues.
- Contribute to project documentation and assist in presenting engineering outputs to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage assigned tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Participate in project meetings and coordination activities as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5 8 years of experience in wet utilities design and/or project engineering in Egypt and Gulf countries.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, hydrology, and flood protection principles.
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection/resolution.
- Proficiency in key engineering software such as WaterCAD/WaterGEMS, SewerCAD/SewerGEMS, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and Navisworks.
- Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tasks, support project execution, and contribute to technical problem-solving.
