Your Role as a Property Advisor:

  • Prospecting: Find new properties from landlords and sellers using our proven strategies.
  • Listing: Showcase these properties in a way that attracts the right clients.
  • Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries and leads for the properties you list.
  • Viewings: Set up and conduct property viewings, showcasing each property with confidence.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate offers with landlords and close the deal.
  • Closing Deals: Finalize contracts between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
