Position Overview As a Commission-Based Sales Professional, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and representing our brand in a competitive market.
You will have the freedom to manage your schedule, develop your own strategies, and build strong client relationships while receiving full support from our team.
This position is ideal for individuals who value independence, enjoy meeting new people, and are ready to take ownership of their financial growth. Key Responsibilities actively identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as calls, networking, social media, and referrals. Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term client relationships. Provide detailed product/service information and address client inquiries professionally.
Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, and guide clients through the sales process. Negotiate terms and close deals with efficiency and professionalism.
Track and manage leads, maintaining accurate sales records and documentation. Stay updated on market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activities. Represent the company positively at all times, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
Requirements Applicants must currently reside within the UAE — this is essential due to the nature of the role. Commission-Based only — suitable for individuals fully comfortable working without a basic salary. Strong passion for sales, business development, and client interaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing personality. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your own schedule.
Highly motivated, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and behavior, with a commitment to representing the company with integrity.
Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory (INDIAN)
Additional languages are considered a strong advantage
