Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Artha Realty Offers AED 600million+ exclusive off-plan inventory to it's team to sell in 2025.
  • The property consultants must come with relevant experience as well as great zest to sell and ambitious enough to make 6 figures commissions in next 2 quarters.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to provide clients with detailed insights and analyses of property trends in the UAE.
  • Assist clients in property transactions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations while securing the best possible terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, personalized service, and active listening.
  • Facilitate property viewings and presentations, showcasing properties in a manner that highlights their unique selling points.
  • Negotiate and mediate between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest property laws and market trends to offer informed guidance and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies and social media to enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers and mortgage brokers, to streamline the buying and selling process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network effectively within the industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and property valuations accurately.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and close deals.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Emirati nationals only.
