Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to assigned leads promptly and conduct detailed client requirement assessments.
  • Provide professional guidance to clients on available properties, community features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Build trust-based relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings for buyers and tenants.
  • Present property features, benefits, and community highlights to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Collect client feedback after each viewing and adjust property suggestions accordingly.
  • Negotiate property prices, contract terms, and closing conditions to achieve successful deals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate or direct sales, with proven ability to handle clients and conduct property viewings.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a confident, professional attitude.
  • Good understanding of UAE real estate market basics, property types, and community locations.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and build strong, long-term client relationships.
