Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers.
Identify and qualify leads through calls, online marketing & networking.
Conduct property tours and provide information on features & benefits.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals and close transactions.
Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Manage documentation, contracts and payments with accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
