Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive property market analysis to identify trends and opportunities that align with client needs.
- Provide expert guidance on property valuation, ensuring clients receive accurate assessments for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and delivering tailored property solutions.
- Prepare compelling property listings and marketing materials that highlight key features and attract potential buyers or renters.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management to demonstrate industry expertise and client handling.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Estate License to validate professional qualifications.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles to enhance skills in client engagement and relationship building.
