Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close property deals
Promote company properties through marketing strategies
Consistently achieve sales targets under the guidance of the Team Leader
Highest Commission structure in market
Salary or stipend: based on experience
Access to qualified leads
Full in-house marketing support
Access to all property portals
Training and management guidance

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Dubai real estate (preferred)
Skills: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Negotiation and deal-closing expertise
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
