Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Understand clients requirements and preferences, and identify suitable properties within their budget and criteria. Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Actively promote and market available properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.
  • Negotiate property prices, rental terms, and contract terms on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date market information, property values, and trends to clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and developers to generate leads and referrals.
  • Stay updated on real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry trends in Dubai.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of property transactions, client interactions, and market analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent in Dubai s property market.

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai s real estate market, including current trends, property values, and legal regulations.br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate industry tools.br>Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
