Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will act as a bridge between property buyers and sellers by understanding their needs and facilitating successful transactions. Your role is integral to ensuring that clients are matched with properties that best suit their requirements, budget, and lifestyle. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You must also be adept at managing multiple priorities and have a keen eye for market trends that can affect property values and client investments.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts within the real estate sector.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify property values and emerging trends.
  • Assist clients with the legal, financial, and procedural aspects of property transactions.
  • Prepare and present detailed property reports and proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate property viewings and oversee open house appointments.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote listed properties effectively.
  • Provide continuous support, guidance, and updates to clients during transactions.
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and codes of conduct.
  • Develop customized property investment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate or property consultancy roles.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and current market conditions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships concurrently.
  • Must hold a valid real estate license as per local regulations.
