Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert qualified leads into sales

  • Close residential and commercial property deals

  • Conduct property viewings and manage client negotiations

  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio

  • Work with developers and exclusive listings

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years UAE real estate experience

  • Proven sales and deal-closing track record

  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

  • Excellent communication and client management abilities

  • RERA certification preferred Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional mindset
