Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and convert qualified leads into sales
Close residential and commercial property deals
Conduct property viewings and manage client negotiations
Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
Work with developers and exclusive listings
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–2 years UAE real estate experience
Proven sales and deal-closing track record
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
RERA certification preferred Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional mindset
