Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, offering expert advice on pricing strategies, property value, and negotiation tactics.
- Organize and conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties effectively and answering client inquiries with confidence.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly, staying ahead of competitors and maximizing property visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process, fostering long-term relationships and encouraging client referrals.
- Continuously enhance industry knowledge through professional development opportunities, staying updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
A valid real estate license is preferred, demonstrating compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate sales, off-plan or secondary market, showcasing a proven track record in successfully closing deals.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
A positive and resilient attitude, able to navigate the challenges of the real estate market with confidence and enthusiasm.
