Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally
Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions
Offer expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities
Negotiate and close property deals in a timely manner
Keep current with market trends, regulations, and industry developments
Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience throughout the process
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Strong sales and consulting skills, with the ability to advise clients and close deals
Excellent communication and customer service skills to build rapport and address client inquiries
A solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, regulations, and trends
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional setting
Experience in real estate or related fields is preferred
Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a plus)
A valid driving license and familiarity with the Dubai property market is advantageous
