• Prepare and present offers to sellers and buyers, negotiating terms to achieve the best outcomes.
• Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and title companies.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and referrals.
• Attend real estate training, workshops, and networking events to enhance knowledge and skills.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a strong interest in the field.
• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online listing platforms.
• A professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings.
