Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Sales Agent with proven real estate sales experience in the GCC market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing deals, generating leads, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels
Conduct property viewings and present residential/commercial/off-plan units
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers
Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and regulations
Maintain accurate records using CRM system
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of proven real estate sales experience in GCC (UAE preferred)
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good knowledge of local property market and regulations
RERA certification (preferred for UAE roles)
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
