Position Overview:

As a Property Consultant for the Secondary Market, you will be responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai's secondary market. You will leverage your market knowledge to provide exceptional service, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in the secondary market.
  
• Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  
• Conduct property viewings, create property listings, and generate leads.
  
• Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers.
  
• Ensure all legal documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing ongoing support.
  
• Stay updated on the latest market trends, property developments, and legal regulations in Dubai s real estate sector.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the company s brand and reach.
  

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai s real estate market (secondary market experience preferred).
  
• Knowledge of Dubai's property laws and regulations.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  
• Fluent in English (Any other international language will be a plus).
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
