POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Property Consultants to join our team in the UAE secondary real

estate market. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to advance their career

in one of the world's most vibrant property markets.

IMPORTANT: This is a 100% commission-based role (50-50 split). We seek long-term committed individuals,

not those looking to trial the position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult with clients on UAE secondary market property opportunities

  • Present property portfolios to potential buyers and investors

  • Conduct property viewings and negotiations

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics

  • Stay updated on market trends and property regulations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Experience:

  • Open to fresh talent- No prior real estate experience required

  • We welcome candidates who are ambitious, willing to learn, and ready to commit long-term

  • Previous sales or client-facing experience is a plus but not mandatory

Essential Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills - fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong Presentation Skills - ability to present properties professionally and persuasively

Negotiation Skills - proven ability to close deals

Client Relationship Management- building trust and long-term relationships

WORK SCHEDULE

  • 6 Days per Week (Sunday off)

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours based on client requirements

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. INITIAL TRAVEL & VISA ARRANGEMENT

  • Candidates must arrange their **own visa** (visit/tourist visa) for initial travel to UAE

  • Candidates must purchase their **own flight tickets** for initial travel

  • **Reimbursement Policy:**

  • Visa costs and flight tickets will be **fully reimbursed** after successful employment processing

  • Reimbursement will be processed as per company policy timelines

  1. EMPLOYMENT PROCESS

  • Initial interview and assessment period

  • Upon selection, company will sponsor and process employment visa

  • All employment visa costs will be borne by the company

  • Candidate must provide all required documentation for visa processing

  1. PROBATION PERIOD

  • Standard probation period as per UAE labor law

  • Performance evaluation during probation

  • Confirmation of employment subject to satisfactory performance

  1. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

100% Commission-Based Role - 50/50 Split

  • This is a commission-only position with a 50-50 revenue share model

  • You earn 50% of every commission generated from your sales

  • No basic salary - your income is directly tied to your performance and success

  • No reimbursement of initial travel/visa costs if candidate resigns within the first 12 months

  • Early termination may affect eligibility for future opportunities with the company
