Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new clients and develop a strong client base through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property tours, negotiations, and closing of deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing professional after-sales support.
  • Stay up to date with real estate market trends, property laws, and competitive activities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in the real estate market (minimum 6 months preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
