Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
He should be able to identify rental rate and its turnover estimation and execute action plan to achieve company investment plans. He should be able to prepare reports for Senior Management to assess leasing performance and quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be male with MBA in Marketing with at least 5 years proven experience in retail leasing business in the Sultanate. The selected candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of leasing activities for all projects.
