What You’ll Do:
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
• Promote and sell exclusive properties from our high-value inventory
• Identify client needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver tailored property solutions
• Conduct property viewings and virtual presentations
• Follow up on leads generated through company marketing and portals
• Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, new projects, and competitor activity
• Maintain all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure follow-up is done consistently

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good understanding of Dubai property laws and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic, English – both a plus)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• UAE driving license is a plus

- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and any additional languages are a plus.
