Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and handle property sales and rental leads

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Arrange property viewings and close negotiations

  • Coordinate with the admin team on paperwork and processes

  • Keep track of current property market updates

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Employment visa provided

  • Ongoing training plus marketing assistance

  • Full administrative and back-office support

  • Competitive commission structure (explained during interview)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6–12 months experience in real estate preferred

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Motivated, sales-focused, and results-driven mindset

  • Familiarity with the Dubai property market is an advantage
