Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties

  • Handle client inquiries, qualify leads, and conduct property viewings

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options

  • Negotiate offers and support deal closures

  • Update leads, listings, and follow-ups in the CRM system

  • Stay updated with market trends, projects, and pricing

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Sales-driven mindset with good communication skills

  • Experience in real estate sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome

  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills

  • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented

  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge

  • UAE driving license is an advantage
