Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop competitive proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and company capabilities.
Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and project specifications to develop accurate technical and commercial proposals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and project teams to gather essential project details.
Estimate project costs, materials, and resources, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all proposals.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to gather necessary technical and commercial inputs.
Present proposals to clients and stakeholders, providing clear justifications and addressing inquiries.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in proposal development, tendering, or bid management within engineering, construction, or consultancy sectors.
Strong knowledge of project estimation, costing, and contract review.
Proficiency in proposal and bid preparation software, such as MS Excel, Primavera P6, or estimation tools.
Excellent technical writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
