Job Description

* Collaborate with technical leads, business development, and engagement teams to develop high-quality and competitive proposals.

* Manage the full bid lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and submission.

* Facilitate kick-off meetings, Go/No-Go decisions, and strategy workshops.

* Develop and maintain proposal plans, compliance matrices, and deliverable schedules.

* Review procurement documents and ensure all submissions meet client requirements.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment.

* Oversee proposal quality, formatting, and final submission checks.

* Support the preparation of presentations, client interviews, and responses to client queries.

* Lead lessons learned sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes.

* Ensure proper use of CRM tools and internal systems throughout the bid process.

Requirements

* 10+ years of experience in bid/proposal management or a related field.

* Fluency in French and English.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and relevant digital tools.

* Strong proofreading, editing, and document review skills.

* Ability to work in a structured yet flexible manner in a fast-paced environment
