Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the setting of methods, strategy and management of the multi disciplined proposals under their responsibility with accountability for staff supervision and proposal quality and completion

Supervise & review several proposals

Provide recommendations for budget preparation

Review of estimation processes

Focal point for client, partner & sub-contractors

Recommend bidding strategies

Implement agreed strategies & set procedures

Provide input to motivate train develop & appraise staff

Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard

Communicate with all internal stakeholders

Externally communicate with Clients Consortium Partners Subcontractors
