Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair operations on CFM56 A & B engines according to the ranges, OEM manuals and work instructions in force.
Perform disassembly operations, visual and dimensional inspection, identification of findings and reporting of non-conformities.
Perform assembly, adjustment and mounting operations in compliance with torques, clearances, tolerances and APRS requirements.
Ensure complete traceability of operations (scoring, engine files, tracking sheets, MRO IT tools).
Identify and report any missing items, technical discrepancies or anomalies that may impact quality, safety or TAT.
Apply the Quality, Safety, FOD and HSE rules to all operations.
Participate in workshop rituals (QRQC, visual management) and contribute to the resolution of operational problems.
being an actor in continuous improvement (feedback, process improvement proposals, 5S, standardization).
Collaborating with support functions (quality, methods, supply chain, inspection, tooling) to secure the MRO flow.
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation :
Vocational Baccalaureate / BTS / DUT with a focus on Aeronautics, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance
(ex. Bac Pro A ronautique, BTS A ronautique, BTS MS, DUT GMP or equivalent)
License A; B1 (Required)
Exp rience :
Desired experience in aircraft engine maintenance, repair or overhaul, ideally on CFM56 engines.
Entry-level profiles from an aeronautical background can be considered, subject to on-the-ground support.
Experience in an MRO environment (vs serial production) is highly valued.
Comp tences techniques :
Good knowledge of engine MRO processes: dismantling, inspection, repair, assembly.
Reading and application of technical aeronautical documents (OEM manuals, work instructions, ranges).
My understanding of the concepts of:
- Tightening torques, clearances and tolerances,
- Traceability and engine records
- Quality and regulatory requirements (APRS, conformity)
Sensitivity to Quality, Safety, FOD and HSE rules.
Comfortable with MRO IT tools (studying, tracking operations, traceability).
