Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purpose
To support the pick-up and delivery operations of the Valuables Handling Division across the UAE, ensuring full compliance with PSBD requirements and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security at all times.
Principal Accountabilities:
Support the secure collection and transportation of valuables across UAE routes, including trucks and branch operations.
Ensure full adherence to UAE laws, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain assigned vehicles in proper condition, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness at all times.
Conduct trip planning to ensure required supplies and documentation are available throughout the journey.
Immediately inform the logistics team of any delays, disruptions, or operational challenges.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all scheduled collections and deliveries.
Escalate any threats or security risks to the relevant authorities and Brink’s Security Department without delay.
Maintain valid PSBD licensing and ensure all required permits are carried at all times.
Safeguard Brink’s assets and property while on duty and during transit.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Data for Business Area / Role:
Valid Security PSBD License (mandatory)
Valid UAE Driving License
Strong sense of responsibility and road discipline
Good knowledge of UAE routes and operational areas
Security Crew (Frontline) are core to logistics business where they deliver what the company promises to customer safely. Assisting customers on timely manner is the key to success with happy customers.
Knowledge & Experience:
Valid PSBD License (preferred)
Valid Driving License (required)
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the security field
Competencies
Basic computer literacy
Working knowledge of operational documentation requirements
General understanding of customs-related processes
Flexibility to work extended hours based on business needs
Ability to adapt effectively within a multicultural environment and embrace change
