Can you turn historical inquiry into an exciting journey of discovery for your students? At Queen's International School, we are seeking a dynamic Psychology and Humanities Teacher to join our high-performing Secondary Team for the 2026-27 academic year.

The Role
You will have a proven track record in teaching Key Stage 3, iGCSE and A-Level students and in delivering engaging, thought-provoking lessons that ignite curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for understanding human behaviour. You will design and deliver a stimulating curriculum, prepare students for examinations, and foster a classroom environment where all learners can achieve their full potential. You will bring enthusiasm, expertise, and creativity to make Psychology both accessible and inspiring, helping students explore the mind and develop skills that extend beyond the classroom.
In this role, you will also be required to teach another Humanities subject.

You will:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning aligned with the English National Curriculum.
Inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential academically and personally.
Plan creative and challenging lessons that stretch every learner.
Use assessment and feedback effectively to ensure continual progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the department s curriculum.
Contribute to the school s vibrant co-curricular and enrichment programme.
Embody the values and vision of Queen s and Artemis Education in everything you do.

The Ideal Candidate

A qualified teacher with a Bachelor s degree in Psychology or an equivalent Humanities subject and PGCE/QTS (or equivalent).
Has at least 5 years' experience teaching the English National Curriculum in the Secondary phase.
An educator with a proven record of successful teaching Key Stage 3, iGCSE and A-Level, ideally within international or British curriculum schools.
Skilled at creating inclusive, engaging learning environments that challenge and support every student.
Confident in integrating technology to enhance learning experiences.
A collaborative professional who thrives in a diverse, forward-thinking team.
Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation
