RESPONSIBILTIES AS WMS CO-ORDINATOR:-

• Identify priority jobs in consultation with Operations Supervisors and coordinate with all departments to plan for next day’s jobs with production / maintenance supervisors. Attend the daily morning and evening Production Supervisor’s hand over meeting and liaise with them to identify critical works
• Applying permit and getting authorization for the Job Performers from Client (ADNOC Onshore) to work in both restricted & non restricted areas.
• Attend formal Risk Assessment (FRA) sessions for the activities to be carried in the field with ADNOC.
• Attend High risk activities meeting with focal points of client.
• Preparing permit reports and other official documentation independently.
• Conduct weekly planning meeting with Construction Manager and senior site staff.
• Ensuring all WMS System requirements.
• Follow all procedures as stated in Permit to Work System.
• If possible eliminate the hazard and put all the control measures as in approved JSA.
• Participate in daily WMS meetings along with the operations and maintenance supervisors for discussion of prioritizing and planning of critical activities for safe execution.
• Participate to prepare JSA/ FRA in ADNOC WMS system
• Supervise all work being performed under Permit to Work (WMS).
• Assess work permits raised to determine whether all the required information has been provided with permit to required standard and accordingly liaise with various departments.
• Actively involve & contribute to the Risk assessment for critical jobs and job safety analysis for ensuring HSE standards are met.
• Ensure that all the documentation associated is attached with the permit including but not limited to complementary permits, Mechanical Isolation Certificates, electrical isolation, marked up drawings or P&IDs and Job Safety Analysis.
