Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Managed end-to-end processes for employee visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, and medical examinations for new hires, renewals, and cancellations. Handle the application, renewal, and maintenance of all company licenses, trade permits, and government approvals to ensure continuous legal compliance. (MOHRE, Economic Department, Immigration, Courts, Customs). Prepare, submit, and follow up on all official documents and applications. Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law, Immigration Regulations,
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Valid UAE driving license
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proven experience as a PRO in Abu Dhabi, with in-depth knowledge of local government procedures and online systems (e.g., TAMM, ADERP).
Strong understanding of UAE labour, immigration, and commercial licensing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience in the engineering, construction, or oil & gas sector is an advantage.
