Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with all stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants, and Sub-Contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, and Approvals on design and construction-related handover requirements.
  • Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or sub-Contractor.
  • Report any potential delays in the project completion or milestones due to any lag in documentation/authority / regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all correspondence and approvals with authorities and stakeholders.
  • Provide support in ensuring compliance with all local regulatory and legal requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Law, or any relevant field.
  • Knowledge of UAE laws, government regulations, and permit processes is essential.
  • Experience in coordinating with Nakheel / DM / DDA / Emaar / Trakheez / RTA / DEWA & any other regulatory authorities, including permits for the infrastructure, utilities, and landscaping works such as district cooling, electrical & water networks, storm water, CCTV, etc.
