Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft and maintain a compelling brand narrative to enhance public perception and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans for product launches and key organizational initiatives.
  • Organize and oversee press events, ensuring alignment with the company's messaging and objectives.
  • Manage crisis communications effectively, developing rapid response strategies to mitigate reputational risks.
  • Create and distribute press releases, ensuring clarity and impact while adhering to brand guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in the specific industry sector, such as technology or healthcare, is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as APR (Accredited in Public Relations) will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications is required.
  • Strong technical skills in media monitoring tools and social media management platforms are essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and respond quickly in high-pressure situations.
